Shipping & delivery
Dealzmart is not a carrier. Sellers and buyers arrange transport with postal or courier services directly.
In the app
You may record a shipping address, optional carrier/tracking details, and proof-of-shipment images so both sides see progress on the order screen.
Completion
The app may use a one-time delivery code the buyer shares after handover, and/or automatic completion after a defined period if no dispute is opened.
Problems in transit
Lost, damaged, or delayed parcels are primarily between buyer, seller, and the carrier, subject to law and payment-provider dispute rules.
